The Company
Sigma Capital is a Luxembourg based company formed in 2002 by international investors with a mandate to become the leading developer of hospitality real estate on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.
Beginning of 2003, our shareholders committed EUR 42 million of equity to our ambitious investment program. Taking into account bank loans and other credit facilities, we are developing a EUR 100-120 million portfolio over 3-4 years. We are already managing over 3 000 hotel rooms on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, which forms more than 35% of the international branded hotels.
